Atlanta's Grouse Acres

40 Mostly wooded acres located just 1/2 mile off M-33 and only a couple miles out of Atlanta. Property is predominately poplar and pine and evergreen trees with a mix of tag elders and brush. There are some open areas located toward south and west sides of parcel.

Lots of partridge found here as well as deer, rabbit, and some elk sign was seen on a walk around the parcel. The woods are very thick with deer runs snaking thru the thickets and pines. Plenty enough large trees to hang a tree stand to watch the runways or drop in a food plot in one of the open areas and set up there. 

Current owner doesn't posses the mineral rights, and there's a gas well head located just off Mc Murphy Rd. Looked like a possible deer camp location, with the driveway already installed.
