Hi, I am Ryan Stephen. Father of three wonderful kids and a wife that is my soul mate. I have been in real estate since early 2005. Before this I was in the building industry. Michigan Outdoor Properties was a great opportunity for me to do what I love. Hunting is a passion of mine and being in the outdoors of one of the most beautiful states is what I Love! A customer of mine came to me a couple of hunt seasons ago wanting to find a piece of property near his home that he could hunt and tool around on. After looking at several peices of properties we made an offer on a 20 acre peice that had everything he would need to have some great hunting and fishing. The season he bought it he goes out expecting to see some great game but not what he ended up with. He produced a 13 point buck during gun season. Exceptional! Two days later he goes back out and takes an 11 point. Unbelievable!
