Dennis Gebben

Associate Info

Dennis Gebben had been a practicing environmental geologist for 30 years prior to starting a second career in real estate in 2004.  His specialization is the sale of land for recreational, hunting, agricultural, second home, and outdoor commercial uses.  Michigan’s landscape is quite diverse over relatively small areas, due to the glacial geologic processes that formed it.  Within a section of land (one square mile), Michigan’s landscape can include wetlands, uplands, bogs, lake plains, lakes, ponds and streams, all of which have unique habitats with various flora and fauna assemblages.  Dennis applies his knowledge of Michigan’s glacial geology and land use to find the “perfect” parcel for you. Specify the size, natural setting, and potential uses you have in mind, and Dennis will present you some interest property choices and help you evaluate their features and potential uses.

Dennis is an outdoorsman with interests in hunting, fishing, and quarter horses.  He resides on a 20 acre farm near Zeeland Michigan, where he owns and boards horses.

He has experience in civil engineering, hydrogeology, environmental restoration, and land use policy.  He is active in community service, currently as a member of Holland Township’s Planning Commission. If you have an interest in buying or selling unique land, (and knowing why it is unique) feel free to contact Dennis.
